Refund and Returns Policy
At new-brand-idea, we strive to provide premium, fully digital advertising services tailored to each client’s needs. Because our work involves creating unique strategies, designs, and content delivered in digital formats, the standard notion of “returns” as in physical products does not apply. Nevertheless, we have established a clear and fair refund policy to address all possible situations where a refund or cancellation might be requested.
Refunds may be considered in the following scenarios: if a payment was processed in error (such as duplicate payments or incorrect amounts), if the client cancels the order before any work has commenced, or if we fail to deliver the agreed service within the stipulated timeframe due to reasons attributable to our company. In cases where the service has already started, and partial work or drafts have been delivered, we encourage clients to request revisions or clarifications. Our team offers up to two rounds of free revisions to ensure client satisfaction. If, after revisions, the client still finds the service unsatisfactory and can provide valid reasons aligned with the original agreement, a partial refund may be issued based on the proportion of work completed.
Refunds will not be granted if the client changes their mind after delivery of final materials, fails to provide necessary information causing delays, or decides not to use the service for business reasons unrelated to service quality. Additionally, technical issues related to the client’s hardware, software, or internet connection do not qualify for refunds. If the client cannot access delivered materials due to our technical errors, we will promptly address the problem and offer a refund only if a timely resolution is impossible.
To request a refund, clients must contact our support team in writing within 14 calendar days of payment, providing the payment details and a comprehensive explanation of the issue. Our team will review the request and respond within 7 business days. Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, considering the scope of work performed and the validity of the client’s claims.
If a refund is approved, the amount returned will correspond to the unused portion of services or be calculated proportionally to the work not completed. Refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in the client’s account.
We value our clients and aim to resolve all disputes amicably and professionally. This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
